Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

I offer teletherapy sessions to individuals located in Texas and Colorado.

Hello!

I’m Lauren. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Austin, Texas. As a psychotherapist, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and my goal is to help normalize the therapy experience while providing a compassionate and supportive environment.

I am committed to helping young adults learn to live happier, more fulfilling lives. My work focuses on assisting clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and targets the impact of anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and chronic stress. I believe in taking a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to help clients reach their goals.

Individual Therapy

Teletherapy

I offer online therapy (teletherapy) to individuals residing in the states of Texas and Colorado. I use a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform for easy-to-use, secure video sessions. This gives you the convenience of doing therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home.

In-Person and Walk-and-Talk Therapy

Fall 2024 Update: I am currently supporting clients via teletherapy. Please check back for in-person availability.

I offer in-person therapy to individuals located in Austin.

I also offer “walk-and-talk” sessions to individuals who would prefer sessions to take place in nature. During your session, instead of meeting online or in the office, we will meet outside and either sit outdoors or walk and talk.*

*Before we hit the trails, I require an initial consultation online or in-office to determine if we will be the right fit and if walk-and-talk therapy is the best venue in light of your therapeutic goals.

Finding a therapist isn’t always easy…

You deserve a compassionate therapist…someone to make you feel safe, secure, and connected while guiding you through the healing process. My goal is to support and promote lifelong change that will allow you to form healthy relationships and foster an overall sense of wellbeing.

Many of my clients start their therapy journey with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, chronic stress, and difficulties with perfectionism and self-esteem. Some clients reach out because they know something feels “off,” but they are unsure of what is bothering them or how therapy can help. Others reach out because they are looking for an unbiased person (& mental health professional) to help them process the craziness of everyday life.

Through therapy, my hope is that we will work together to identify healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, improve self-confidence, and achieve balance and an overall sense of wellbeing.
